We will showcase tailored design solutions with exceptional virtual renderings,
offering a detailed glimpse into the potential kitchen space. Upon proceeding with
us, a personalized project portal will be created, providing you with a direct link for
easy access to all drawings and documentation from any device. This approach
promises a seamless, interactive experience, customized to individual needs and
preferences.
The next step involves arranging a site visit to ensure that all measurements and details are accurate. Should we find any discrepancies in measurements compared to the provided plans, we will produce a new project based on the actual dimensions found on-site and submit it for your evaluation.
In the next phase, our installation manager will develop a detailed project document that will include all essential information for the tasks to be carried out by plumbers, electricians, gas installers, ventilation experts, and others, covering all technical recommendations and legal regulations.
The production of your custom kitchen may take between 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the materials selected. Leiken commences production only after receiving your confirmation that the premises will be ready to accommodate the kitchen within this period. Our installation manager will maintain close contact with you regarding the progress of the on-site works.
Once your kitchen is ready, our installation manager will contact you to arrange the delivery. The installation process typically takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity. After all the equipment is installed, our team will perform final adjustments and tests to ensure everything is functioning properly.
Upon complete installation, your Account Manager and Installation Manager will schedule a meeting in your new kitchen to present all technical documentation, appliance guides, maintenance and cleaning kits, and to address any queries you may have. Together, we will celebrate the beginning of your family’s journey in your signature Leiken kitchen.
