AREIA BRANCA
Located on Areia Branca Beach, this project forms part of the construction of a family home with direct access to the sea. Conceived as a place for gathering and shared moments, it prioritises a seamless connection to the outdoors while preserving an atmosphere of refined elegance indoors. The kitchen flows naturally into the social areas, maintaining a direct relationship with the dining room and extending towards the living space, where a small bar enhances the convivial spirit. At its centre, an island with an integrated dining area becomes the architectural anchor of the room, expressing Leiken’s approach: architecture, functionality and well-being in perfect balance. In terms of finishes, the Leiken Collection model combines Legno Impiallacciato Tinto Olmo with Laccato Metallico Rame, creating a subtle dialogue between natural wood texture and metallic depth. Grooves and plinths in Nero Anodizzato define precise lines, while frame units in Legno Fiammato Naturale 3011 with Vetro Fumé doors introduce transparency and visual lightness. The breakfast bar in stained elm extends the island’s material language, complemented by Senza Nahoa worktops whose luminous surface adds sophistication and durability to everyday use. Miele and Bora appliances complete the composition, ensuring advanced technical performance while preserving the project’s aesthetic purity.
